LIGHTS ON LEARNING began as Ms. Deborah Radford's passion for student achievement in academia was seemingly stunted in the classroom. Large classroom sizes, a plethora of learning styles and levels, thrust her back into the world from which she came. Tutoring privately, for universities and private companies, Ms. Radford gained invaluable techniques and strategies to assist any type of learner achieve their academic goals. Yet she is still on a mission to help students - now just one at a time.
